These general conditions of sale apply when you order a product on our website www.idswissbotanicals.com. These terms of sale should be read in conjunction with and in addition to the terms of use of our website (“Terms of Website Use”) and our privacy and cookies policy (“Privacy Policy”).

1. About ID Swiss Botanicals
Babylon Sciences SA is the supplier of the products and our registered office is Rue de Geneve 42, 1004 Lausanne, Switzerland.

2. Price
The prices shown for the products available on the Website are all inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at current rates and do not include delivery, packaging or other charges, which will be added to any order you place.
Although we endeavor to keep prices up to date on the website, we reserve the right to change them at any time.

3. Products
All product descriptions and images on the Website are provided in good faith but are for general guidance only and there may be slight variations in product color, packaging design or specifications.

The information provided to our customers is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition or disease, nor to prescribe or replace professional advice. You should always check product ingredients to avoid potential allergic reactions. If you have any personal concerns, please consult your own physician or health care professional regarding the use of any goods, products or information received through the Website before using or relying on them.

We do not accept responsibility for misuse of our products. It is the customer's responsibility to use products with discretion and follow label advice. We do not accept liability for damage to or defects in goods resulting from incorrect storage or use by the customer. We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from goods supplied.

4. Resale of products
You agree and acknowledge that the Products are for your personal use and that you may not sell or resell the Products or Services, or samples thereof, that you purchase or receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of our terms of sale.

5. Online orders
When you place an order online, you are helped through the process with simple instructions on the website. You place your order for goods on the website by clicking on the “Order” button at the end of the online ordering process.
We will send you an email confirming your purchase and providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been charged to your credit/debit card. This is not an acceptance of the order on our part.
A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking code, will then be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Acceptance of your order and the conclusion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the products to you.

We will retain legal ownership of the products until they are delivered to you. Legal ownership of the Products will revert to us immediately if we refund any payment for the Products to you.

To cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must contact us at hello@idswissbotanicals.com .

If we cannot supply you with the products you have ordered, we will cancel your order and notify you as soon as possible. We will refund you in full if you have already paid for the products. This may be because (i) the product is out of stock; (ii) because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product; (iii) our inability to obtain authorization for your payment; or (iv) due to unexpected limitations on our resources that we could not reasonably have anticipated.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel or terminate any order at our discretion and without reason.

6. Payment
You can pay by credit/debit card. Please note that we will collect, store and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy on our website.

All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, whether in advance or after a payment, we will cancel your order and notify you by in writing (which may include an email).

All Products will remain our property until we have received payment in full for such Products. Legal ownership of the products will revert to us immediately if we refund these payments to you.

7. Delivery of products
For shipping information, including shipping costs and estimated delivery times, please see our Shipping Policy on our website.

We will deliver the products using the delivery option you selected during the ordering process. All delivery times indicated to you are only indicative. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) will pass to you upon delivery. We will not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery of the Products if the delay or failure is caused by a third party or is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

If the products are returned to us by the delivery company, we will refund you for the products, but we reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging delivery and return of the product.

8. Acceptance of Goods / Returns and Refunds
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have canceled the order and/or return the goods in accordance with the returns policy and procedure. If no such action is taken, we will not be required to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Furthermore, the following general conditions of sale apply exclusively in their version valid at the time of placing the order (hereinafter “CGV”). We do not recognize deviating conditions from you. You have the possibility to save or print these general conditions, it being specified that both the saving and the printing of this document are your sole responsibility.
We reserve the right to supplement, modify or cancel the General Terms and Conditions at any time.


Our returns/replacement policy can be viewed here and forms part of these terms and conditions.


Transport damage must be reported no later than 48 hours after receipt of the goods, after which time the request for free replacement will expire.


In the event of non-receipt of the goods, we will send you a replacement product provided that you have explicitly informed us of this in writing. You have one month to report non-receipt of your order.


To be eligible for a refund, we must have received the returned product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it. If the returned product is received after 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
After receiving your item, our team will review it and process it for a refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used when purchasing, unless requested otherwise.


We will not have failed in our contractual obligations to the extent that performance is hampered, delayed or prevented by an act of God or force majeure. Any irresistible fact or circumstance, external to Babylon Sciences SA, unpredictable, inevitable, independent of our will and which cannot be controlled by the latter, despite all reasonable efforts, will be considered as a fortuitous event or force majeure.
In the event of force majeure, we will inform you within 5 days of the date on which we become aware of it. The two parties will then come together, within 10 days, unless this is impossible due to force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions of the agreement.


The general conditions are written in French. In the event of a contradiction, the French version prevails.
